Your role

Focus Global Inc is looking for ambitious and talented individuals to join them as Service Operations Assoicate in Mandaluyong, Philippines.

The Service Operations Associate will play a vital role in the Home Furnishings-Service Department, focusing on the efficient management of operational needs to support various sections within the HF Service teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing operations and administrative support to the HF Service Department.
  • Coordinating with other departments, external providers and suppliers in relation to customers and brands being handled
  • Managing inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Tracking and analyzing operational performance metrics and developing recommendations for process improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining operational reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed.

About you

Qualified individuals possess the following qualities:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • Highly experienced in using Google Business Suite and/or Microsoft Office
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical and has strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven and a team player
