• Conduct interviews and prepare results regarding customer behavior

• Coordinate with various departments to provide proactive customer communication

About you

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate knowledge of using Microsoft Office and/or GSuite Applications
• Intermediate skills in Presentation or reporting
• Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
