Your responsibilities

• Provide assistance  with vendor related  issues and concerns
• To ensure that vendors are always online during their operating hours
• To do vendor callouts to check what's happening on the ground/ do trade checks if necessary 
• Basic system troubleshooting ( set - up/ configure settings)
• Monitor Key Operations Statistics

About you

• A final year/ graduating student (preferably business, operations related course)
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills
• Basic system understanding 
• To have an eagerness to learn and work under shops ops team
• Ability to multitask and troubleshoot
• Basic Knowledge  in Google products/ Microsoft  (Gsheet, Excel)
• Fast learner, flexible, easy to adapt  in a fast paced environment
