Your responsibilities

• Help drive strategies to optimize and grow certain user segments, vendors, and key locations. They need help looking at all the angles of the business and coming up with specialized approaches to optimize and/or grow!
• Take on your special project related to user growth and manage it from start to finish. You will work to identify the opportunity, design a plan, execute it, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders!
• Assist the Growth team in executing their main initiatives related to the optimization and setting of incentives. You will help them ensure that customers can enjoy their vouchers and discounts. 
• Gather and analyze data to assess the impact of our incentive investments. You will get the chance to develop tools and frameworks that guide high-impact decisions!

About you

Requirements:

• Excellent project management skills
• Knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
• Background in a quantitative field such as finance, economics, computer science, and statistics
• Business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
• An interest in data analytics and technology.

Not required, but great to have:

• Strong extracurricular involvement
• Previous projects in analytics or marketing
• The ability to confidently and clearly articulate your thoughts
• Knowledge of a programming language for analytics such as SQL and Python (don’t worry we’ll teach you!)
