Your responsibilities

• You will be empowered to support the Category Management Team in Foodpanda Philippines
• Work with the commercial teams to drive discovery, traffic & conversion
• Ensure active participation in all relevant events across platforms
• Support the Category Managers and work closely with Business and Finance to manage portfolio pricing
• Inventory Management: Work closely with category & sourcing teams to ensure stock

Training & development

The role requires driving development, growth & day to day operations for the snacking category portfolio at PandaMart, this will include:

• Category Development: Be the voice of the consumer, be on top of the Industry and market
• Knowledge & consumer understanding of what customers buy and whyDevelopcategory assortment is in alignment with consumer needs and PandaMart's strategy
• Range development: Expand categories based on selection requirements.
• Product Communication Strategy: Create a consumer-centric catalog that helps improve conversion.
• Category profitability &Growth: Plan & deliver on growth(Volume, Value) in alignment with Internal Category teams

About you

• Pursuing graduation in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or equivalent
• Proficiency in using MS applications, and relevant reports as well as analytics tools will be an
  advantage
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good analytical and research capabilities
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.
• Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role.
• The internship must be an academic requirement
• Must be an academic-required internship.
