Your role

The Public Affairs & Sustainability Intern is under the direct supervision of the Public Affairs Manager and Public Affairs Specialist under the Public Affairs and Sustainability team in the Public Relations Department.

• Assist in the preparation and generation of documents
• Conduct extensive research and create reports, as needed.
• Create key visual communications content
• Create and maintain connections among key stakeholders
• Support for implementation and management of Public Affairs, CSR, and Sustainability projects
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Support in the drafting publication and distribution of reports
• Perform duties as may be assigned by the CSR & Sustainability Specialist

About you

To apply for this role, you need to bring the following:

• Mass Communications, Marketing, Political Science, or Public Relations Major
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Skilled in project management
• Highly organized
• Can work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite
• Government networked, public sector engagement, and policy awareness is preferred
• Knowledge of graphic design and events management is a plus
