Your role & responsibilities

You will be empowered to support the Channel Development Specialist of the Shops Convenience Vertical Team in Foodpanda Philippines. The role requires driving development, growth & and day-to-day operations for the Convenience vertical portfolio at Shops, this will include: 

• Vendor Operations Monitoring: By monitoring an account’s operational metrics daily, the intern ensures that vendors meet performance targets and identifies any areas for improvement.
• Assortment Build-Up: Assists the Channel Development Specialist in expanding the assortment of products available through the accounts.
• Deals promotion set-up: Assists the Channel Development Specialist in setting up deals and coordinating with the marketing team to promote deals effectively.
• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential leads or prospects within the vertical. Oversee the onboarding process once new accounts are acquired. 
• Other ad-hoc tasks that your supervisor may assign.

About you

What you need to be successful:

• Internship must be an academic requirement.
• Pursuing graduation in Business or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using MS applications, and relevant reports as well as analytics. tools will be an advantage.
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good analytical and research capabilities.
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.
• Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role.
