Your role

Recruitment

• Conduct or assist in Choosedate with FWD
• Actively look for partners or tie-ups to increase the pipeline
• Help build a recruitment culture by suggesting and developing activities leading toward this
• Collaboration with other units, build a collection of best practices from the industry on recruitment program/s

Conversion

• Screen licensing applications
• Collaborate with relevant person/s or unit/s to ensure licensing requirements are complied with
• Ensure regular touchpoints with leaders and SMT to refresh or cascade the recruitment process or drives

Operations

• Prepare and submit recruitment report for the assigned area/s
• Maintain and ensure data integrity
• Keep recruitment budget within an acceptable threshold

• Graduate of Business/Financial Management, Psychology, or any related course
• With a services industry background
• Good communication skills
• Self-starter

• Willing to travel
• Willing to be assigned in Visayas
