Your role

Agency Care is designed to be the “one-stop shop, single point of contact, the first point of resolution, helpdesk center” to further strengthen the support platform. This function will cover the remaining dimensions of the elite agency experience which require focused management such as the helpdesk, appeals and exceptions, agency conflicts, promotion and validation, demotion and off-boarding, and compliance first line of defense.
