Your role

Global Transco ICT Solutions is looking for a diligent IT Support Engineer Intern who will assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assists in implementation and provides support to customers, partners and team members.

Here are key responsibilities:

• Assists in communicating with customers, partners to provide solutions.
•  Solves practical and complex product issues.
•  Assists in providing best practices and recommendations to clients and partners.
•  Use existing troubleshooting tools and techniques to establish root cause for queries and provide a customer facing root cause assessment.
•  Present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
•  Assist the presales team in product presentation and POCs.
•  Performs other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the immediate superior related to the attainment of the department objectives.

About you

To be considered for this role, qualifications must include:

• At least 4th year of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent engineering course.
•  Experience with Laravel, CodeIgniter, PHP, CSS and HTML code is a plus.
•  Experience with system troubleshooting (e.g. Remote access and monitoring, Network Security, Endpoint Security) is a plus.
•  Experience with creating system documentation is a plus.
•  Fast learner.
•  Must have a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from college or university.
•  Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
•  Location is onsite in Makati.
