Your role

Successfully designed, install, and commission the core transport equipment in network facilities locations to support voice, video, and data. Work with OSP Engineers on design and specification for fiber optic facilities, in aerial and underground design. Support team troubleshooting efforts and address engineering inaccuracies. Specify procedures and requirements for the installation and turn up of all new transport equipment; prepare as-built, which include installed specifications and post-installation drawings. Prepare cost estimates for individual projects (Labor, materials, equipment, and overhead) and submit data to management for authorization approval. Provide input for Project Appropriation Requests and Work Orders to management.

  • Operate and maintain the core network sites 8x7 to ensure high service availability by performing system health checks and backups, preventive and corrective maintenance, and support on projects operationalization and commercialization
  • Implementing programs and initiatives that drive process optimization, operational efficiency, and continuity; upskilling of talent roster: and compliance with regulatory obligations.

About you

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electronics Engineering.
  • Licensed Electronics Engineers are preferred.
  • Must be amenable to work in General Trias, Cavite on shifting schedule/On-call
  • Preferably with a driver's license and or know how to drive.
