Grab Philippines started in 2013 originally as GrabTaxi and became the first app-based, ride-hailing service in the country. The company eventually expanded with different products and services available to consumers by using just one mobile app.

Your role

Platform safety is Move It’s number one priority and you will be required to manage and influence stakeholders across the different functions and business verticals, both existing and emerging, to ensure that they deliver a safe experience for all users. Successful candidates will work on multi-dimensional and cross-functional projects to tackle real-time issues. Platform safety is not to be confused with workplace/occupational health and safety. They are focused on our external users - from drivers to passengers; merchants to consumers - and they seek to create a safer everyday for all of them as Grab grows to become an everyday super app.

About you

• Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with the victim,  management, law enforcement bodies, and other government agencies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Investigation skills are an advantage.
• Sound understanding of legislative issues.
• Familiarity with local laws and road safety standards
