Your role

This role is required because of the ongoing expansion and the need for efficient operations and strategic initiatives to support the growth. 

The Day-to-Day Activities

• You will craft and optimize demand-driving strategies to grow the deliveries business.
• You will work on projects to help improve the reliability of the platform.
• You will monitor and ensure teams are working within budget.
• You will design, create, and maintain dynamic dashboards that visualize data, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
• You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the hitting of objectives.
• You will work on assigned ad hoc strategic projects.
• You will have a capstone project: Deliver end-to-end growth of priority cities.

About you

• You are savvy in data analytics, plus project planning and management.
• You have strong stakeholder management skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and can draw key insights from numbers.
• You are organized and can easily handle tasks for projects with multiple timelines.
• You are a self-starter, are detail-oriented, and can work well in a fast-paced environment.
• You are humble and easygoing - happy to learn on the fly and roll with the punches.

The Nice-to-Haves

• You are knowledgeable in SQL and/or Python.
