Grab Philippines started in 2013 originally as GrabTaxi and became the first app-based, ride-hailing service in the country. The company eventually expanded with different products and services available to consumers by using just one mobile app.

Your responsibilities

• Make sense of data on user behavior and provide sound insights on issues and potential improvements in driver partners, merchant partners, and passengers' safety.
• Operationalize strategic processes or changes and leveraging on tools to automate manual operations.
• Develop or collaborate on plans to execute strategy and analyze business proposals that can help the team to shape the overall safety culture of the community Grab Confidential and Proprietary.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Grab (Strategy Team, Customer Experience, Grab Driver Centre Team, Public Relations Team, etc).

• You are organized, and insightful and can communicate your observations well, both written and verbally.
• An analytical mindset to identify and critically analyze quantitative and qualitative patterns that are associated with safety trends.
• The ability to present data comprehensively and accurately, with the drive to execute actionable findings.
• Excellent problem-solving/decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlines.
