We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales process. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and organizing meetings
- Act as a point of contact for clients and prospects, answering queries and directing them to the appropriate team member
- Generate and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance metrics to the sales team and management
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Handle sales-related inquiries and complaints from customers, escalating issues as needed
- Manage the sales team’s calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses
- Continuously improve sales support processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
