Your role

• Manage databases by downloading files from the server, uploading to DAM (Data Asset Management too), and inputting metadata.
• Assist in archiving project folders and maintaining an archived master list
• Retrieve data as required for tasks and support data retrieval requests from business partners.
• Propose ways to simplify or automate tasks related to data management.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data collected from various sources.
• Upload files into designated databases and maintain information in spreadsheets or storage systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide necessary support.

About you

Your skills

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, or Operations Management.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is required.
• Preferably with familiarity with the agile working methodology.
• Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage data information; Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must be technically capable, a team player, and with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university.
• Amenable to working on a hybrid setup (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and reporting for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours.
