Job Description

• Conduct Design Engineering for projects — Residential, Commercial & Utility Scale Responsible for electrical design package ( module to AC output, wiring, modeling, electronic protection circuits, wiring, j-boxes, max voltage, panel boards, site performance, etc ) using modeling software and analysis
• Provide streamlined project information including site plans, SLD, Scope of Work, detailed BOM, complete equipment specifications, interconnection details, and project Schedule
• Review the costs of structural estimates, interconnections, permitting agreements, and assessment of commercial risk factors
• Interface with Utility engineers to design the best system configuration
• Maintain awareness of new product technology and communicate pertinent development to colleagues

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Graduate of BS Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, preferably License holder
• At least 2 years of design or engineering experience related to renewable energy,
• Experience with estimating or designing electrical systems is preferred
• Competence in Autocad & PVSyst is mandatory, as Knowledge of PV Systems, NEC requirements, construction practices
