Your role

• During the course of the program, participants will undergo on-the-job training, role rotation, mentoring, and online and classroom learning sessions.
• Will be assigned special projects aimed at Leadership and Team Skills Development. Supported by experienced managers, colleagues, and a wide network of diverse peers,
• You'll be encouraged to take on responsibility and bring new ideas to the table. You will be valued as an individual and for the contribution you make.

• Fixed pay.
