Your role

An IBM Consulting Associate will design Applications, write Code, test, debug and maintain Software Applications. We are looking for exceptional candidates who are enterprising and have good interpersonal skills. They must also have strong verbal and written communication skills, a passion to learn, and the ability to operate in a large teams that works closely with clients.

Work-life balance

The Work Life Balance at IBM is rated an A by 2921 employees putting it in the Top 10% of similar size companies on Comparably. 84% of IBM employees are satisfied with their work life balance while 52% feel they are burnt out. A well proportioned work life balance is necessary to keep employees happy and productive.

About 56% of the employees at IBM work eight hours or less, while 3% of them have a very long day - longer than twelve hours. The Majority of IBM employees are satisfied with their work life balance and feel burnt out.

Company culture

The workplace culture at IBM may vary from one location to another. For instance, some insiders described the Bangalore office as more professional than in Pune.
