Your role

  • Designs and executes testing for applications and systems implemented using package solutions – for ERP packages like SAP , Oracle eBiz applications, RAM,CO, etc., or Industry products like Oracle Flexcube, Finnacle, Guidewire, Smarter Commerce Suites, etc.
  • Has deep skills in the business domain and related package solutions together with core and technical testing skills.
  • Has skills to understand business requirements, design optimized test scenarios, plan the testing activities, estimate work efforts, create test cases, identify test environment and test data requirements, identify dependencies on external and internal applications, execute test cases using automation solutions and manually, reports test status, perform defect creation, triage and resolution and analyze the test outcome for continuous improvements using analytical and cognitive techniques and solutions.

Company culture

The workplace culture at IBM  may vary from one location to another. For instance, some insiders described the Bangalore office as more professional than in Pune.
