Your role

• Demonstrates proficiency in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements – business and technical.
• Performing impact analysis and gap analysis and managing stakeholders, and users, and conducting requirement workshops.
• Mapping processes and use cases, analyzing the business case, guiding the technical teams and vendor teams, if applicable, and possessing excellent communication skills.

Work-life balance

About you

• Fluent in the Japanese language (speaking, as well as reading and writing kanji)
• Able to translate English to Japanese and vice versa
• Ability to estimate an effort and all impacts of a proposed solution
• Very good communication skills; analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to cooperate and take business and solution lead in multi-vendor teams
• Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night shift) and in any IBM location in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub) or Cebu.
