About the Job

As the Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for providing excellent support to patients and organizations within the US medical community.

What is a/an customer service representative?

• We are looking for a/an Customer Service Representative to be part of our team.
• Shall be responsible for all internal and external communications of the business and shall lead the execution of engagement programs and company events.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Assist customers by answering incoming phone calls, identifying the type of assistance needed, and driving first-call resolution
• Obtain and verify patient/client information to meet HIPAA compliance guidelines
• Process payments for customer-initiated requests
• Deliver information and ask questions in a professional and engaging manner to establish a positive experience with the customer
• Complete the documentation necessary to keep track of the customer’s query, the action/s taken, the resolution provided, and for reference
• Communicate with internal associates to follow up, relay, expedite, and/or resolve customer’s concern

What are we looking for?

• At Least High School Graduate
• At least one (1) year of work experience in the Call Center Industry
• Comfortable with technology like MS office applicants and internet browsing
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writing
