Your role & responsibilities

The Guest Services Officer will be happy to welcome their guest to the establishment and take care of all their needs. They offer front desk services to guests, assign rooms, and take care of administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for taking care of guests from the time they book their room through to when they leave. 
  • Responsible for assisting with check-in and checkout. 
  • You will address and escalate customer complaints.
  • You will provide information about the facilities, programs, and other services available at the resort.
