Your role

Indicia Worldwide is opening its doors for Graphic Design Interns to support every step of a brand's journey to market. Your graphics-based designs and finished artwork may be implemented across multiple consumer touch points.

As an intern you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Receiving job briefs from the Traffic Manager
  • Collaborating with the other members of the studio team
  • Working on new and adaptation/transcreation consumer focused designs, including but not limited to POS, signage, consumer brochures/catalogues, direct marketing, etc., and digital work including display ads, banner advertising and digital mailers, EDMs, etc
  • Responsible for maintaining full and proper artwork file management within the INDICIA system
  • Ensuring that the Traffic Manager and INDICIA team members are kept fully informed at all stages of relevant projects
  • Ensuring all checks and quality-control steps are taken at all stages of each job in order to simulate what is expected from a graphic designer
  • Collaborating and supporting Indicia team members and with the central production hub

About you

Prospective interns must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Taking up a degree in visual communication and or any related field
  • Good moral character
  • Letter of recommendation from the college dean or school head
  • A committed and dedicated can-do attitude to the role
  • A fast worker with expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud applications and other design software
  • A sharp eye for details and are very particular about color balance and accuracy
  • A keen sense of scale and work to client brand guidelines
