Your role

What you will do:

• SEO Optimization: Incorporate SEO best practices into writing to increase web traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is consistent with the brand's tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
• Research: Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Idea Generation: Brainstorm and develop new content ideas with the employer branding specialist that resonate with the target audience.

About you

To apply, you must have the following qualifications & skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Copywriting, content creation, or a related role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies. Preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
• Adaptability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
