Your role

• Review, process, and verify collateral reports submitted by the clients.
• Reconcile monthly accounts receivable aging and inventory reporting.
• Review and calculate ineligible based upon a pre-determined schedule.
• Verify client’s incoming cash receipts and disbursements through bank statements.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of the portfolio by alerting Onshore of any discrepancies in the reports.
• Monitor and ensure all SCM-related invoice details are accurately documented in the Invoice Log in a timely manner.
• Monitor and ensure all SCM-related documents are correctly saved in their respective folders and update accurately the Borrower’s Listing file.
• Set up new workbooks from potential clients during the transition of a deal from due diligence to closing.
• Any other related processes required by the Client

About you

• The candidate should have an understanding of general accounting principles including financial statements.
• Knowledge of financial covenants and bank reconciliation.
• Excellent English, oral, and written, communication skills.
• Keen attention to details
• Computer and internet proficient.
• Can work with minimal supervision and can deliver high-quality output
• Must be highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize activities effectively.
• Must be proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, a team player, and knows how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics.

Education and Experience:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting, or other related business course.
• Can be a fresh graduate or with 1-2 years of experience in the accounting or finance industry.
