Everyone is friendly!

Innodata's culture combines a structured, hierarchical organization with a strong emphasis on teamwork and open communication, ensuring efficient project management and collaborative success. Continuous learning and professional development are highly encouraged, supported by access to extensive resources and training programs.

They are inclusive in just about anything. My emails are flooded with announcements of company culture and they have been very assertive in presenting themselves as a company that values an efficient and non-discriminatory workplace.

The culture here is great, we have a lot of activities not just for leisure but also for us employees to be physically fit and healthy.

Work hours is work hours but sometimes even it already passed on my working hours, i still have to do some works. Though it's okay for me but it's more good if I can apply for over time but nahhh nada.

The people and the company itself is very hospitable and well organized.

Most of the people around especially in my field and managers, i can't see life and work balance.

Co-workers are all sociable even the higher-ups.

I am still learning the ropes of the hierarchy, but I directly report to my project heads and my group manager. I was just recently transferred to a new project so I am yet to have a team leader. The company's culture is pretty accommodating. I thought I'd be intimidated to talk to my colleagues, but they have been a lot of fun!

There is a healthy balance between work and fun.

The culture in our company is nice, especially if we talk about the interactions between employees. However, what I don't like is that we often have to render OT.

They have big trust on their employees. They believe in growth and learning. They also take care of their employees as much as they can.

Since we are on a work-from-home setting, the only "culture" we experience is through meetings and group chats, which is quite different. I applaud the company for trying its best to incorporate R&R and other activities for the employees, but since the job has AHT and job counts, employees in our department are unable to join any activities; hence, there really is not much socialization among colleagues.

We only communicate via email and MS Teams which is actually great because no one is expected to respond to emails beyond work hours; however, socialization only happens thru chit-chats on MS Teams during quick, short breaks. There are the raters, team leads, trainers, team managers, operation managers, total quality managers, etc. There is cooperation and teamwork as we are always collaborating with each other to make everything effective and efficient.

Culture is welcoming and very supportive.

The team is very cooperative and helpful. Everyone strives to finish everything and make all the operations smoothly.

The people in the office are very amicable. My superiors are also very friendly. They treat each other as equals regardless of their positions in the company.

Structure and hierarchy are clear, and there's cooperation and teamwork. Apart from casual banter through chats, I haven't experienced much socializing.

Our window shift schedule is between 10am-10pm, we also do have flexible shifts.
