Your role

The Operations Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the assigned cluster of stores and the OD through effective calendar management, proper dissemination of official communications, report/presentation consolidation and preparation, and maintenance of an efficient filing system.

• Receives visitors courteously, attends to their inquiries, and refers them to the concerned party in the Department
• Keeps track of the daily itinerary of the OD through effective calendar management; arranges meetings and sends invitations
• Maintains adequate stock of office supplies through timely requisition and distribution of needed supplies of the Department/ District
• Assists the OD in preparing the budget/ store target for sales and profit

Training, development & rotations

Jollibee does provide the needed training before the employee starts working. They do provide classroom training, as well as videos, booklets, and other instructional materials that will enable the new entrant to have a better understanding of how the company operates.
