Your role

Keywords Studios is looking for aspiring fresh grads to fill the role of Bilingual Player Engagement Agent for Thai in Pasig, Philippines

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Delivering timely, accurate and respectful answers to customers’ questions and issues
• Utilizing the internal ticketing system to log all requests and activities
• Taking ownership of Player Support incidents and work to successfully resolve them
• Escalating issues as needed
• Other duties assigned

About you

To be considered in this role, you must have these qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Thai
• Good English and Thai communication skills, both spoken and written
• Excellent written communication
• Preferably with customer service experience in a BPO setting
• Ability to quickly learn customer service based tools and techniques
• Gaming background is a plus
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
