Your role

Keywords Studios has launched an internship opportunity for the Human Resources for Business Partners role. The role involves report creation, database management, internal and external communication with staff, and support for diverse activities.

Key responsibilities are:

• Maintaining and managing employee databases, while keeping them up to date.
• Gathering data and creating reports on various internal and external events.
• Assisting in various internal and external events.
• Other responsibilities are be defined from time to time.

About you

Interns must have the following qualifications:

• Knowledgeable and has experience in utilizing Canva (photo and video).
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft office apps (e.g PowerPoint, Excel, Word, & Teams)
• Knowledgeable and has experience creating reports and managing databases.
• Has good organizational and communication skills.
• The candidate is willing to render 200-600 internship hours.
• The candidate is enrolled in internship practicum units.
• Willing to report onsite at least 2x a week.
