Your role

• Work with the HR team in auditing and updating new hire requirements.
• Perform clerical duties, maintain and organize employee 201 files print, compile, etc. as needed.
• Audit and update employee database (hardcopy and softcopy)
• Hybrid setup (must be able to report on-site located in Pasig City ONCE a week)
• Duration: Minimum of 200 hours/1 month.

About you

• Candidate must be a student enrolled in internship/practicum/OJT units in any of the listed courses: Business Studies, Mass Communication, Liberal Studies, Psychology, and other humanities-related field.
• MS Office (Particularly Excel), MS Teams, and Outlook.
• Must be attentive to accurate details and a proactive member of the team.
• Must be able to deal with onboarding requirements (Government IDs and the like).
