Your role & responsibilities

• Prepare income tax returns for various types of entities.
• Assist with the flow of information between the account & its clients.
• Data input through Xero/MYOB and Microsoft 365 suite accounting system.
• Prepare draft Financial Statements, including Depreciation Schedules.
• Attend to business entity set-up and registration.
• Ensure consistent error-free, professionally presented work, compliant with procedures and systems.
• Participate in internal and external training as required.
• Maintain current files and records accurately, and date any actioned and detailed file notes.
• Prepare workflow reports for clients.
• Perform other duties that the client and management may require.

About you

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• CA/CPA qualified (or currently completing).
• Exposure to a range of tax, accounting, and business matters.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and enthusiastic
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Excellent attention to detail and previous experience in collaborative environments.
• With excellent communication skills.
