Your responsibilities

The Finance Intern is responsible for ensuring the quality of data recording in accounting transactions, and closely coordinating other departments and sections to ensure compliance with the preparation of financial reporting.

You will be expected to:

• Shadowing members of the Accounting department as they perform their duties.
• Assisting with filing, and data entry.
• Reconciliation of Vendor and Customer Ledger Accounts.
• Reconciliation of Aging Balances
• Scanning, sorting, encoding filing, and proper storage of finance files.
• OR and Invoice monitoring.
• Vendor and Client query handling.
• Scanning, sorting, encoding filing, and proper storage of finance files.
• Support regulatory internal and financial audits.
• Will be assigned to different verticals such as Accounts Payable, Credit and Collections, and Treasury.
• Performs other accounting tasks and projects required to support the accounting department.
