Your role & responsibilities

Benefits Administration:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records.
  • Support in preparing HR reports and presentations.
  • Support in clean-up projects related to updating employee records.
  • Support in the enrollment of new employees to government agencies regarding benefits.
  • Collaborate with team members to address employee concerns and inquiries.
  • Assist in data entry and maintenance of the government ORs in the payroll system to ensure accurate and timely information.

Payroll Administration:

  • Participate in special projects related to payroll initiatives like the full syncing project.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records.
  • Support in organizing and archiving payroll-related documents.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to process improvements and efficiency.
  • Responsible for payroll administrative tasks and assisting the payroll leads with daily tasks.
  • Assist in updating reports, records, trackers, and databases.

About you

Minimum competencies:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Can work under pressure, aggressive, determined, and a fast learner.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Available to work at least 20 hours per week.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • The ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage.
  • Proactive worker who can work with minimum to no supervision.
  • Amenable to render on-the-job training for at least 200 - 300 hours.
