Your role 

• CAD drafting and encoding work
• Assist in design tasks such as material sourcing, accessorizing, drafting, and other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned
• Assists in maintaining and organizing design materials, compliance documents and post-construction-related documents and files
• Ability to work efficiently and autonomously
• Provides assistance to other design and compliance-related ad hoc tasks

About you

• Undergraduate in Interior Design or Architecture course
• Familiarity in using Design Software (Enscape, Vray, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, MS Office, etc.)
• Must know how to read architectural drawings and/or engineering drawings
• Basic or advanced knowledge of Autocad and other design-related software
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Coordinates with internal departments as necessary to efficiently execute project and design requirements
