Your role

Your role will encompass providing support in various aspects of project and design work, including research, documentation, and floorplan creation. 

The main responsibilities of a Design Intern include:

• CAD Drafting and Encoding: Create and update detailed design drawings using CAD software.
• Design Support: Participate in various design tasks including drafting, conceptualization, and ad hoc assignments.
• Document Organization: Maintain and organize design materials, compliance documents, and post-construction files.
• Autonomous Work: Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and independently, managing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Team Assistance: Provide support to other team members on design and compliance-related tasks as needed.

About you

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

• Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings.
• Basic or advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and other design-related software.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for effective teamwork and project execution.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English.
• Keen attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with internal departments to efficiently execute project and design requirements.

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

• Experience with Enscape and Vray for creating high-quality visualizations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for drafting and 3D modeling.
• Competency in using MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.
