Your role

Functional Overview:

The Intern/OJT is responsible for assisting the core teams in monthly, quarterly, and annual local tax compliance and accounting. This includes responsibilities for all minor documentation and support and research of any relevant issues.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the completion of various reportorial requirements with government agencies of KMC Mag Solutions, Apex & International entities such as:
  • VAT Returns ( Monthly and Quarterly )
  • Income Tax Return ( Quarterly and Annual )
  • Withholding Tax Return ( Expanded, Compensation, and Final Tax )
  • Submission of Audited Financial Statements with BIR & SEC
  • Filing of Returns through Electronic Filing and EBIR Offline
  • Submission of Quarterly Alphalist SAWT & Vat Relief
  • Annual submission of 1604CF and 1604E thru submission
  • Reportorial requirements related to international taxes
• Assisting in the preparation of general accounting and Tax documents
• Monthly clean up of BIIR payments, BS Schedule, and filing in the books
• Updates on minor reports
• Other functions that may be assigned by the officer and Manager.
