Your role

• Identify and review applications and referrals within the applicant tracking system,
  ensuring information is up to date.
• Support talent acquisition partners with efficiently maintaining pipeline buckets by identifying candidates who meet role criteria and dispositioning those who don’t.
• Build critical relationships within the talent acquisition team and business partners you support.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business function and roles you are with.
• Provide support for talent acquisition projects as needed.
