Your role

Functional Overview:

The TS Asset Management Intern is responsible for overseeing an assigned portfolio of assets with a focus on formulating and executing asset management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Encoding the newly delivered items in Asset Tracker.
• Tagging the newly delivered fixed assets.
• Issuance of newly delivered items.
• Filing signed accountability forms to the HR Data Team.
• Update Asset Tracker daily and/or as needed.
• Tracking fixed assets movement.
• Document fixed assets for disposal.
• Conduct Annual Physical Count and re-tagging of assets.
• Maintain the level of stock for consumables items and fixed assets.

About you

Minimum Qualifications:

• Monitors and maintains records and inventories of IT-purchased assets in the Asset Inventory Tracker
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
