Your role

Lexagle is looking for a Project Intern to join our team. As a Project Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various project-related tasks which include the following:

Project Support:

• Assist in project management activities
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations as required.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Participate in meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project progress.

Quality Assurance:

• Assist in quality assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
• Conduct testing and validation of project components as needed.
• Document and report any issues or discrepancies found during testing.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is organized and easily accessible.

About you

Successful candidates possess below qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in relevant undergraduate/graduate program or recent graduate in Computer Science,
• Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Previous experience in project management or related fields is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools/software is desirable.

Training & Development
