Your role & responsibilities

The On-the-Job Trainee (OJT) position for an IT Procurement Analyst is designed to provide hands-on experience and practical knowledge in the field of Information Technology procurement and analysis. Under the guidance of experienced professional/s, the OJT will assist in various tasks related to procuring IT products and services, analyzing procurement data, and supporting the overall IT procurement process.

What you will be doing:

• Assist in Procurement Process: Collaborate with the procurement team and requesters to support the end-to-end procurement process for IT products and services, including gathering requirements, and obtaining quotes and proposals.
• Purchase Order Management: Support the creation, tracking, and management of purchase orders for IT equipment, software licenses, and services, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the approved budget.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions. Identify opportunities for improvement within the area of support and participate in coming up with solutions.

About you

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in Finance, Accounting, purchasing, or related degree programs.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay business process is a plus.
• Ability to complete tasks effectively, efficiently, and within expected timelines.
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective English language skills, both verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
