Your role & responsibilities

• Act as a specialized technical resource for issues affecting Refinitiv products - FXT/FXAll and DealTracker Suit.
• Remotely resolve customer issues, utilizing 3rd party partners when needed.
• Identify service-impacting trends and help implement preventative measures.
• Deliver high-quality technical advice to internal partners and 3rd party engineers.
• Raise major, elusive, and recurrent issues that are impacting clients.
• Maintain awareness of relevant technical and product trends through self-learning/study, training classes, and job shadowing.

About you

• University Degree in Information Science, IT Administration, Computer Science.
• Knowledge of basic Network Configuration.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol, Wireshark, SFTP, Market Data, and Excel.
• With a good understanding of general financial markets.
• Experience with equity market and data content is a plus but not required.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical personnel via phone, face-to-face, and in writing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Worked in professional and customer-focused environments, where detailed processes must be followed.
