Your responsibilities

• Help with sales and marketing data extraction for reporting
• Own and Analyze customer voice chat data
• Refreshing Tableau Dashboards
• Analyzing key KPIs, metrics and flagging to stakeholders

About you

• Can work at least 30-40 hours a week
• Interest in E-commerce is an advantage
• Can work in BGC at least 1-2x a week
• Communication Skills
• Understanding E-commerce will be a plus
• Tableau or Visualization tools (Huge plus)
• Managing Stakeholders
• Basic excel skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ownership mindset
