Your responsibilities

• To assist superior in executing e-commerce strategy on all e-Commerce platforms, primarily Shopee, Lazada and Zalora
• Manage daily operations of our e-Commerce stores and marketplaces (i.e.: Content, Assortment, Ratings and Reviews, Search, Pricing, listing promotion, store maintenance)
• To explore and research online materials to improve e-commerce platform sales (i.e. competitor benchmarking)
• Ensure listings always adhere to brand guidelines and web style guides/Shop-in Shops to uphold brand standards.
• Provide additional customer service support during campaigns by answering product inquiries and forwarding unresolved chats or customer complaints to the appropriate team member.
• To carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned

About you

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Strong attention to detail, an affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and hands-on execution
• Fast learner and committed to getting the job done
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and Google Sheets
• Knowledge of local E-commerce/Fashion /Beauty industries will be a plus
