Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their issues, while keeping close communication with our co-workers locally or overseas to ensure prompt handling of exceptions or concerns.
  • Read and reply to correspondences with both internal stakeholders and customers within SLAs as defined for the specific communication channel.
  • Facilitate completion of documentation process, and actioning of open export tasks.
  • Propose and support initiatives for continuous improvement of Customer Service processes.
  • Ensure best practices from other areas or functions are considered and shared within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and according to standard processes
  • Strong service mindset with a sense of urgency
  • High attention to detail, critical thinker
  • Team player, skilled in coordinating and working with different types of colleagues
