Your role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer. The Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry and government regulations, developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting quality audits and inspections, and managing quality control activities.

Training & development

MDC provides a development program aimed at sharpening knowledge and skills in the use of analysis tools and methods in identifying and resolving key performance issues. The program also aims to inculcate a strong “Sustainable Excellence” mindset, especially during the Pre-Construction and Construction phases of a project.

• Quality Control skills, including inspection, testing, and evaluation
• Quality Assurance skills, including developing and implementing quality management systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
