Your Role

The Billing Support Staff performs operational/technical tasks under set directions, policies, guidelines, and procedures, and implements parts of or major customer service processes in:

• Detection, handling, and resolution of billing discrepancies/abnormalities, erroneous billing of Non-General Power services
• Processing and computation of Billing Adjustment (BA) billings of Non-General Power services
• Provision of support in the handling of customer inquiries, requests, and concerns regarding BA cases

About You

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in the fields of Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ IT
• Excellent analytical skills
• Computer literate
• Good oral and written communications skills
• No work experience required
• Must be willing to work onsite
