Your role

The Telecommunications Strategy and Planning Engineer provides technical proficiency in the development of IT-OT Telecommunications strategies, technology roadmap, and preparation of annual, medium, and long-term plans.  It provides technical proficiency in the research of current and emerging telecommunications solutions applicable to Meralco by developing roadmaps, understanding IT-OT requirements and inputs, strategy and network architecture, technology research and studies, performance and scalability of telecommunications infrastructure, and alignment with the procurement process.

About you

• Graduate of Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
• Registered EE or ECE is preferred
• Preferably with a driver’s license
• Can Interpret and rationalize technical design parameters
• Excellent business communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills including demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop, implement, and document solutions
• Business/commercial awareness
• Ability to work well within a team
• Willing to work onsite (Pasig City)
