Your role

The Telecommunications Technical Support Staff is responsible for monitoring ICT critical facilities to achieve continuous operations and system availability. The role implements preventive and corrective maintenance measures and rehabilitation of Meralco Centers, Sectors, Substations, Repeater Sites, Business Centers, and Auxiliary Business Centers. The role also assists in developing and implementing business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and solutions.

About you

• Graduate of Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields
• Must be a Registered Master Electrician, and a Driver’s License holder
• Has knowledge of basic electronics circuitry and troubleshooting
• Excellent business communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office tools
