Your role & responsibilities

The Meralco Cadet Engineering Program (MCEP) is a program for newly-hired Registered Electrical Engineers which intends to fast-track immersion into the organization and accelerate competency development in their area of specialization.

The program has 3 components:

  • Fundamental Courses (Meralco in the Philippines Landscape, Introduction to the Customer Services Process, The Meralco Engineering Backbone, and Distribution Utility in the Digital Age)
  • Specialized Course (Networks)
  • Supplementary Courses and Immersion

Compensation & benefits

About you

  • Must be a graduate of a BS Electrical Engineering course
  • Passee of the recent Electrical Engineers Licensure Exam with a rating of 85% or higher
  • Must be willing to work onsite (Pasig City)
